Osu! On April 21 and 22, 2024 USA-IFK dojo Gray Wolf Martial Arts in Holley, New York played host to a very special seminar. IFK-Switzerland Country Rep Shihan Eddy Gabthuler (8th Dan) was joined by IFK-USA Country Rep Shihan Michael Monaco (8th Dan) for two evenings of training. Attendees received instruction in kihon, tournament fighting, and self-defense.
A theme that Shihan Gabathuler emphasized throughout the seminar was the concept of “Train Your Brain”. That training in martial arts is not just physical but mental as well.
