Karate Championships

Take the New York State Thruway (I-90) East to Exit 47 for
I-490 East – Rochester.
Follow I-490 East to the Inner Loop Exit 13 (on the left) for
Downtown - Plymouth Ave.
Bear right at the fork in the exit ramp onto Allen St. (heading east).
Turn right onto N. Plymouth Ave. (heading south).
Turn left onto W. Main St. (heading east).
Continue on W. Main St. for a few blocks until you cross the bridge and continue on E. Main St.
After you cross the bridge, the Rochester Riverside Convention Center will be on the right hand side. Take the 1st right onto South Ave. (heading south).
Turn left to enter the South Ave. Parking Garage (connected to the Convention Center by a walkway).

Take the New York State Thruway (I-90) West to Exit 45 for
I-490 West – Rochester.
Follow I-490 West to Exit 16 – Clinton Ave.
From the exit ramp, bear right onto S. Clinton Ave. (heading north).
Continue on S. Clinton Ave to the 3rd traffic light, and turn left onto
E. Broad St. (heading west).
Continue on E. Broad St. for 1 1/2 blocks, and turn right to enter the
South Ave. Parking Garage.
The Convention Center is across the street, at the corner of E. Main St. and South Ave. (connected to the garage by a walkway).
